Reservations and tickets:

Yes, following this link to the “gift voucher” store it is possible to buy a gift voucher online, at the single price of €29.50.
After purchase, the gift voucher and associated discount code will be sent to you by email. The beneficiary can use this code to reserve their slot free of charge on the main ticket office, depending on availability. 

The experience is offered at a price of €29,50 per person.

From 4 people, the price is €24,50 per person.

The “reduced rate” of €24,50 per person is valid only for the people listed below, and upon presentation of up-to-date proof: students, under 18s, people with reduced mobility and their companion (1 companion per person), Lyon City Card holders, job seekers. If proper proof is not presented, the visitor will have to pay the difference. between the “reduced rate” and “the full price”, on site by credit card.

Yes, in the event of a major impediment, you can share your ticket with a third party. However, if the ticket is at a reduced rate and the beneficiary does not have any proof, a supplement will be requested at reception.

Accessibility and eligibility conditions:

The immersive virtual reality expedition is prohibited for children under 8 years old and less than 1,30 meters tall.

This size restriction is put in place to ensure optimal capture of images on the walls with the headsets. Children are under the full responsibility of their parents. If a child decides to stop their experience, the organizer cannot guarantee their supervision. An accompanying responsible adult must supervise him and, if necessary, stop his experiment. A minor child cannot be left alone without supervision.

Yes, the immersive expedition is accessible to people with reduced mobility. An elevator is available to access the 1st floor of the shopping center. There are no steps in the space where the expedition is located and the equipment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

No, a person with heart disease or epilepsy cannot participate in our immersive virtual reality expedition.

Yes, people who wear prescription glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. We will offer you a vision adjustment before the experience begins to ensure your comfort.

No, the visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled.

Yes, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. The virtual reality headset has small speakers that emit sound above the ears. You will be offered a sound adjustment before the immersion to guarantee an optimal audio experience.

No, the equipment (computer on the back and headset on the head) is incompatible with carrying a baby in a baby carrier on the stomach or on the back, and with a stroller pushed by a visitor.

For the safety of all our visitors, we advise you to take the tour in a wheelchair, as the canes are not visible to other visitors in virtual reality, which could create accidents.

Yes, elderly people can attend the tour. For the most fragile, we recommend doing the visit in a wheelchair to avoid falls, or coming accompanied so that they can be assisted.
